Our Weighted Training Balls are designed to produce improved contact and follow-
through for hitters. Developing strength through our Weighted Training
Balls is the same concept as hitting an old tire, but with proper form and follow
through. Pitchers who are rehabbing an arm injury can also use them for building
up arm strength. Our 2” Micro-Heavies force the hitter to dial in their swing.
All balls are filled with sand to absorb impact and limit flight distance. Each ball
weight sold in a pack of 6.
